This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with the App and Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services you may access through the App.
DosiaPulse revolutionizes the way you share your dance passion: post your dance videos, add captivating descriptions, explore dancers worldwide, and engage through commenting and sharing.
3) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information (provided by you): name, username, email address.
- Customer support (provided by you): messages, requests, and any information you choose to include.
- Content you provide (provided by you): videos, images, descriptions, captions, comments, and other content you submit.
- Location (only if you allow it): approximate or precise location depending on device permission settings.
- Automatically collected information: device information, usage statistics, crash logs and diagnostics.
- Cookies & similar technologies (web-based experiences, if any): used for login sessions and preferences; may include web beacons.
4) Photos / Face Data and Biometrics
- No face recognition: we do not perform face recognition.
- No biometrics: we do not create, collect, or use biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
- One-time generation (if used): if you choose a feature that processes an image or text to generate a result, processing is one time for that request and handled as described in Section 6.
- No training/marketing: we do not use uploaded images or text to train models or for advertising/marketing.
5) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services (accounts, posting videos, enabling commenting and sharing).
- Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
- Improve and develop features (analytics, debugging, performance optimization).
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring.
- Customer support and communication.
- Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms and policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
6) Optional Automated / AI-Assisted and Server-Side Processing (User-Controlled)
We may offer optional features that use automated methods (which may include AI-assisted processing) to help you create or enhance content (for example, generating text descriptions, tags, or other creative outputs).
- User control: you decide whether to upload any image/video frame or text for generation.
- Processing location: uploads are processed on DosiaPulse Team’s own servers.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share uploaded inputs with third-party providers for processing.
- Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded inputs from our servers immediately after processing completes for that request.
- No training/marketing: we do not use uploaded inputs to train models or for advertising/marketing.
8) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9) Security
- Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular audits and security reviews.
- Backups and recovery procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Data Retention
- Account information: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days.
- Usage statistics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: up to 6 months.
- Optional automated/AI-assisted uploads: deleted immediately after processing completes for that request.
11) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/limit processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.

12) Children and Age Restriction (17+)
DosiaPulse is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
